Icecream is so smooth and creamy

Delicious orange swirl and pumpkin flurry!!! My niece is lactose intolerant though and carried a very poor selection of non dairy items that most were not available accept one, lime flavor. It tasted like pure nasty chemicals. Nothing like lime.

Don't come here if you want a quick ice cream trip. 2 people in line took 14 minutes and another 12 for my root beer float to come out.

Good stuff and good icecream! Excellent spot in downtown amherst. I like getting little faces on my orange sherbet cone. Kids like it too. I've walked here with my family every week for a few years and have yet to have a negative experience.

Love the variety of soft serve flavors. Esspresso and blackberry are my favorites. The outdoor seating is great on a summer night.

Worse service ever experienced manager was really rude and tried to get an attitude and got our order all wrong and had the nerve to try to take my drink that I had way before I got there will never go there or recommend it to anyone. Manager seemed racists.

Took my kids to Hastee Tastee and now take my grandchildren to enjoy their delicious soft and hard serve ice cream treats.🍦🍧Kid friendly atmosphere on the edge of downtown Amherst is an excellent place to socialize for adults and children of any age. I would have given them a 5 star, but the large price increase on the menu makes HT a bit pricey $$$

Delicious icecream! They TAKE DEBIT! Thank the lord that an icecream stand finally caught up with modern times. Workers are rude and dont listen.

Best ice cream we have ever had!!! no joke!!! They have every kind of ice cream you can think of to accommodate everyone (gluten and dairy free) and the staff was very friendly!!! Kudos guys keep up the awesome work.. we will be back for sure we're now addicted to the nutter butter flurry its killer!!! Thank you

Nice relaxed atmosphere and great ice cream.

The kids love Hastee Tastee. I did enjoy the shade provided by the big umbrellas where we sat to drink our shakes. I like the chocolate malt. Kids had chocolate shakes and a caramel sundae. Everyone was happy.

Hastee Tastee has been an Amherst icon for as long as I can remember going back to the 1960's. Old fashioned style walk up short order food and desserts. Great service.

Old school walk up ice cream, they even have a low window for the little people.

Very busy but good

The owners have invested in this place and things are looking up. However the service was slow and they served me the wrong ice cream. Still a hometown favorite!

Such a fun place to sit outside, they also have, good service and Dole Whip!! ☺️

I've been going here since I was a kid, and now I take my son here. The prices are good and the staff is always friendly. There is a good selection to choose from. My son loves the ice cream, and how the staff make him feel special.
